In the event that you have lost your debit card or it has been stolen, please go to your Bank of Kremlin Online Banking, log in, select your card from the list, select the “Block” button, and select the confirm button. Now your bank of Kremlin debit card has been successfully blocked. If you do not have Online Banking, please call your local branch to report a lost or stolen debit card. If it is after business hours, please call 1-888-263-3370.
